Cabecera The Moisturizer - REVIEW: COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser
Did you know the pH of a face cleanser is key to its effectiveness? If you want to wash your face without damaging your skin barrier, it’s important to use the right cosmetics. In my review of the COSRX Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser you’ll find out about my experience using it and more!

Hello, hello! How are you? Today I’m back with a new review, specifically for the COSRX Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser. Sometimes we may think that the cleanser is a fairly harmless or irrelevant phase of our routines, but that couldn’t be more inaccurate. Being the first product we use, it’s fundamental, because it allows us to prepare the skin for everything we will apply later, so we must always choose good cleansers (effective but not too abrasive). Do you want to know this COSRX product a little bit better? Here we go!

BRAND: COSRX
PRODUCT: LOW PH GOOD MORNING GEL CLEANSER
SKIN TYPE: ALL
RECOMMENDED FOR: UNISEX

You can get the COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser on Wishtrend, on Yesstyle, on Amazon, on Feel Unique and on Jolse.

Those of you who follow me more closely will know that lately I am all about Korean cosmetics. Today, I will tell you about a COSRX cleanser that I have been using for a while in my morning routines and that has been a great discovery. A while ago, when I didn’t research so much about the products I was using, I had the misconception that the cleansers were more effective the more abrasive they were (I even fell into that common mistake of using physical scrubs daily, thinking it was the solution for my oily skin). Today I focus on using soft but very effective products, like this cleanser, and my skin couldn’t be more thankful.

One of the first things that draws the attention about this cleanser is that it specifically mentions its low pH (between 6 and 7). Why is that important? Just as I mentioned before, by using cleansers that are not too acid we manage to treat our skin with much more care and affection, cleansing without imbalancing. Thus, in this product we find a very effective cleanser (one of the best I have tried so far) but very soft and gentle, so it is suitable for those who have sensitive skin.

When extracted from the package we see that a transparent product with no colour whatsoever (COSRX is a brand very focused on the use of natural ingredients and on creating clean products). It has a tea tree scent that you have to get used to. At first I was not convinced about it, but now I’m pretty hooked.

Among the ingredients of this cleanser we find lotus extract, rich in antioxidants and with moisturizing and oil control properties, evening primrose extract, with moisturizing and soothing properties, and tea tree oil, with antiseptic properties and excellent for controlling oil levels. This cleanser contains no fragrances.

As you can see in the picture, the aesthetics of the packaging of this cleaner are very simple, as with the other products of the brand. In this case, the container is white with details in yellow and light blue. This package has a very small applicator, excellent to be able to extract the teeny-tiny amount of product that you really need.

I’m thrilled to have discovered this cleanser. It’s been quite a discovery and it’s a great addition to my beauty routines. I use it every morning and I’m delighted. When I finish it, I’m pretty sure I’ll buy it again, it’s not easy to find a cleanser this good and this smooth.

HOW TO USE:

This cleanser is designed to be used daily as the first phase of our beauty routine, as you know you should. You simply have to take a small amount (you do not need much) and massage your face making circles with your fingertips. Then simply take it off with lukewarm water and continue with the rest of your beauty routine: toner, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen.

This graphic aims to help you understand in which part of your skincare routine you should use each product.
You don’t need to do all the steps from this routine (but you should always cleanse, moisturize and use sunscreen).
Remember it’s key to do a patch test every time you consider adding new products to your skincare routine.
